The breakfast was a pleasant surprise with coffee, toast, cereals, muffins, and eggs.

The place was fairly clean with attentive and highly efficient staff members. The room was functional & good sized together with 2 full beds and the bathroom, for instance. Comfortable and magnificent location very close to the restaurant for breakfast, waterfront, and the attraction, restaurants and cafés were close to the hotel.

Beautiful hotel located in a safe area with close proximity to restaurants and cafes. Very friendly and attentive staff. Functional rooms with a King size bed and a nice bathroom. Outstanding breakfast options including coffee, toast, cereals, muffins, and eggs. Comfortable and convenient location within walking distance of attractions. Nearby Uno Pizzeria & Grill is a great place to relax and unwind.

My colleague and I absolutely LOVED the room, it came with a mini- fridge and a microwave. The location was with-in walking distance to (popular named) stores, grocery store and fast food restaurants. Our stay had a hot breakfast included (yummy!!) If I would go back to Burlington, I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

I was here for short stay, everything was spotless. Really helpful staff as I wanted. It was budget, nicely updated and with 2 full beds. The location was good and magnificent for Burlington, just next door to restaurants, shopping, and the fair, the airport and downtown Burlington, and the lake and Church Street. South Burlington district was worth exploring.

Nice and comfy spot with a great location, just a stone's throw away from cool spots, eating spots, and shopping. 🌟 The breakfast spread was pretty decent with coffee, toast, cereal, muffins, and eggs to choose from.

It was great to enjoy a hot breakfast on top of having such a pleasant room to stay in.

The service here is excellent, they have on-site parking, spacious rooms with two full beds and a hot tub, and offer a delicious breakfast with a variety of options like coffee, toast.

Friendly office staff. Quiet room. Comfortable king-size bed. Heating system is very efficient and quick.The hot breakfast was good (eggs, sausages, wafles, fresh oranges).

Some upgrading would be requiered. Door is difficult to shut: it needs to be banged (or kicked, as shown by the marks on it). Although there are several table lights, they did not provide a lot of lighting.

The room was clean and a microwave and mini fridge were included in the room. The breakfast was good.

The shower needed a little re-painting.....

The breakfast here offers a variety of fresh bread, cereals, fruit, eggs, and hot waffles. the location is great, being near the waterfront, parks, restaurants, and shopping.
